This place should be investigated for fraud and holding bodies ransom. My mother unfortunately died in Mexico. We sent the money for my mom's body to be put to rest in the USA. These people claimed they never got the money after 16 days of a guaranteed transfer fund. All the banking information was correct, and the bank had proof that it was sent correctly. We had to find another way to send them the money in order to put my mother to rest. They played with our grief and desperation. They essential held her at ransom until we sent another 6k. Her body was unrecognizable once we were able to see her. I called the director to try to get this matter settled, but I was told he was never there and that he doesn't work at that facility. I was also given his email address incorrectly. He never gave face.
