I was lucky to have visited when a member of corporate was visiting and she took away all the "guess" work. The staff at the Truro office are first class and it certainly was and still is a pleasure to deal with them . They encourage a call to them at anytime, including leaving a message overnight, and they will respond ASAP, usually after 8:30 AM Monday to Friday.
