I had a wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned while visiting Nova Scotia. Dr. Wallace was…read moreable to fit me in and I was very impressed with their COVID protocols. Staff took my temperature via forehead upon arrival, required patients to wait outside or in your car if you arrive early - which is a great idea! They require a short survey about any recent COVID exposure or travel as well as hand sanitizer. Everyone was very gowned, gloved and masked up with fresh new gowns for every patient. I also learned about their new air circulation and filtration system which is very state of the art. All of these aspects really put me at ease. I hadn't been to see a dentist in a while so I was happy we also did X-rays. Its a nice touch that there are TVs on the ceiling which is a good distraction option. I got a very gentle and thorough cleaning as well as a reassuring good bill of health. I'd make the trip again for the incredibly caring, professional and considerate service. Locals are lucky to have Dr. Emily! The best!!
