While she got some sleep, by morning she was again walking very gingerly and felt she needed to get checked so we could decide how to proceed. We chose this care center because, since it was associated with the hospital, should additional testing or procedures be needed it might flow more smoothly. We arrived a little before opening time and we're first through the door. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and understanding. We were shown to the treatment room, where the nurse took my wife's vitals and symptoms. Shortly afterwards, the physician's assistant came in, checked her knee thoroughly, and recommended an X-ray which was accomplished by a portable machine. My wife didn't even have to leave her chair. The PA came back with his opinion of the X-ray, then came back again with the remote radiologist's review. We left about 90-minutes after our arrival with a prescription, a couple of OTC recommendations, and a tremendous sense of relief. We continued our trip with my wife reporting much improvement by the end of the day. We were thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The facility seemed new, or at least we'll-maintained.
