The absolute worst! I made my reservation online and I…read morecalled to ensure that the bounce house with my theme would be available. He assured me it was and requested I text him in addition with the details which I did (see below). On the day of my event they are no where to be found. I called as it was past the 8am-12pm drop off. Ricardo tells me that I had booked for the following day. That he was sorry for the mix up and that he could send someone now. I almost lost my mind. My party was at 4pm and the bounce house didn't get delivered until 3pm. On top of that I told the driver I was not paying the full price. He tried to insinuate that I was lying & Said show me the text and all this other stuff claiming that the number I was calling was from the office and that there wouldnt be a text from there. which again see the text below as proof from the same number. He miraculously gets the owner on the phone when I said you can go ahead and take it back. 10% discount and I vowed to never use them again. I will be posting my experience as I don't want others to go thru this terrible ordeal. Never again.

My son really wanted that obstacle course and they still have my money. Then I saw their response to my review. I was sent two messages marked urgent demanding I take this review down based on their incorrect assumption that I do not know where I live. I guess calling me a liar is easier than looking me up in their order history. This review is indeed for Bella's Bouncies in Altamonte Springs Florida, very close to where I live in Lake Mary Florida.
