We need at least 10 kids". I told the owners, we pay to come here and use the water slides. they looked at my family and kids and said, "we will not turn hem on unless we get more kids". This is ridiculous! You pay and not get your money's worth. All of the other times was the same thing. I had to go out of my way to talk to people from the other swimming pools to go to the water slides so they can be turned on. This is just wrong. I would give it a zero for customer service.

They have a waterpark for families but then a very nice spa for adults. There's a number of different jacuzzis thy pace you through, each with a different bath concoction. They include vinegar, wine, coffee, chocolate, flowers, mud, and others. At the end there are two steam rooms, showers, and massage rooms if you want. There's also a cold water pool to cool off in and a rock path for your feet! The second to last Jacuzzi is a mud bath where are you get to lather your body with volcanic mud. Before that in the chocolate Jacuzzi you get to rub the chocolate mixture all over your body. There's YouTube videos of the experience if you are interested.

If you buy the most expensive ticket it comes with extra things to do. Such as the gondola ride, a train ride, a safari ride and etc. If you are early, you can get a separate ticket to feed the capybara and there are limited amount of tickets allowed! The zoo is decent sized and has your typical basic animals. You are able to feed the fishes, deers and etc. Pretty great experience here! Overall 8/10

This was her 6th zoo visit within the past few years. This was, by far, the best zoo I have visited. I love how much there was to do here; from the deer feedings to train ride and safari, it's a great experience. The zoo is well-maintained, spacious, and beautiful. IF you ever end up in Jalisco, come to this zoo. It's the biggest zoo in Mexico and a nice place for the family to go to !! ( :

He bumped almost everyone in our group more than once, very forcefully. He pushed my son, out of the way several times. I spoke with the staff and they said there is absolutely nothing they can do. The staff just smiles and laughs at his treatment of others. FAIL!
