Very clean, new equipment, varied equipment, the weights were all arranged appropriately (VERY important to my brain), friendly and easy check in process, nice spin studio, seemingly a good class offering, and so not crowded at all. Having belonged to or visited gyms all over the country, this is by far one of the best. I sure hope to be back soon while my hotel is still under construction:)

The problem is the sheer number of people and this location's complete inability to handle the volume. This gym is always packed. It doesn't matter if it's a Saturday morning, a Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., or any other time of day. The odds of the machine you need actually being available are slim to none. The locker room and bathroom facilities also seem to have been built for maybe ten adults, yet there are regularly 20 to 30 people packed inside waiting to use them. It's miserable to navigate, and your workout constantly suffers because of it. I travel for work and have been to more Planet Fitness locations than I care to admit. This is, without question, the worst one I've experienced. I won't be returning to this location. I'm writing this review as much to remind myself as anything else. Dear Planet Fitness corporate: build three more Planet Fitness locations in New Hampshire north of Manchester. There are far more people up here than you seem to think. Coaches like Kylie (her blacklight class was unforgettable!), Anthony, and Cassidy bring so much encouragement, energy, and positivity that you truly feel capable no matter where you're starting from. The front desk team -- especially Samantha and Chelsee -- made everything feel comfortable and easy while I was figuring things out, and their kindness really helped ease those first-day nerves. Honestly, everyone there is amazing. I love the app, the heart rate monitor, and how motivating it is to actually see your progress. Just two weeks in, I already feel stronger, more confident, and more like myself again.
