We were so fortunate to see a bald eagle fishing. If you are not someone who has a boat (or even if you do?) this is the way to see the park. Headache/hassle free. Bruce picks you up from the dock at thunderbird lodge and off you go. No maps, no crowds, no lines. Just Bruce and his lifetime of memories and knowledge of the area. He created two days of tours tailored to our families desires. Was patient and kind with our kids (12 & 14). Once that was checked, jeff dropped us off to hike the anderson bay loop, which is a 3-mile beautiful trail you don't want to miss with great views along the way. we then headed to set up our shore lunch soon to find that Jeff is a great cook. highly recommend this added treat. And of course he ended our day with a visit to Kettle Falls to load our water bottles with pink slushies for the way home. Have to say the day was the highlight of our trip up North.
