Went in to do a Pokémon card trade for sealed product. They do 45% cash or 65% store credit. Absolutely absurd. I've never heard of a store doing less than 70% cash and 80% trade, most do 85% or higher if trading for their product. read more

They are horrible with Communication and discussion.They Often rip players off by only Offering tcg player lowest(the one card sold for cheapest) they won't take the average of cards sold.They often sell at a 30% markup on singles. Also if you drop off cards to get a Price on how much they would buy it They charge you $10 If you don't accept The offer I would stay clear of this place and go to the any other number of card stores in the area like TOP FLIGHT GAMES , LOW Key COMICS and GONE LUCID GAMES. They offer better customer service have discussions and won't actively try to rip you off for a penny. read more

I was driving through town on a road trip and decided to check out this gaming store and pizza place combined. Their website said they open at 3 PM and the sticker on the window said they open at 3 PM. At 3:45 PM I found I was locked out. I took a quick lap around the building and saw someone through a window, I tried to wave to her and point to the door and she held up her hand with four. That's fine. I'm not going to stand out here until you open. I got back on the freeway and did not spend any money today. read more

Good for Magic cards, poor for all else. They seem to almost challenge customers to please go away. Our D&D group met here weekly and bought product and pizza from Footers (they're the same business). We endured the gruffness of the owner to help support our local gaming store. We had about 20 regular players every week until the owners started complaining about the noise every week. We were paying customers, there were no other customers in the store, and it was regularly much louder on Friday Night Magic. They want to serve the gamers who play the games they like, not serve all gamers, so we moved our group to a local college in April. Chuck's Comics can buy games now - they actually appreciate your business. Go there. Also: if you are here to purchase anything other than Magic cards, be prepared to be mocked by the Magic players who gather here. Rather than realizing that your purchase helps keep the store there for them too, the Magic players want to let you know how little they think about you and your purchase. read more
