During our first appointment, we sat with her to discuss his whole health history and all my concerns. Every appointment thereafter, I felt like she really knew and understood him. The lab tests we've done were very comprehensive and she took the time to explain the results carefully. I better understand gut health (and it's importance!) because of her. She is very knowledgable about both natural and conventional supplements and medicine. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable around her, like I have with other doctors. Every appointment, we've left with a clear treatment plan and next steps. I also saw her earlier this year when I was having some health issues of my own, mainly due to pandemic stress. Just as with my son, she took the time to know my health history and develop a treatment plan with supplements and lab tests. She is an expert on women's health, and I appreciated her insight on seed cycling and adrenal issues. As she transitions to mainly telehealth, I intend to continuing see her for my health needs. Even more impressive was that he had just recently graduated from Med school. I had a previous surgery with a surgeon who really messed things up. It was a right ACL and it was so bad, I had to wear casts for several months and then another bad surgery. Sadly I went years with issues. After that horrible experience I gave up looking for a solution until a few years later. I talked to several sports Drs trying to figure out a solution but most said they just didn't know and didn't want to go in unless they were sure bc it wasn't good to keep going back in. I'm not knocking the other Dr.s I do understand their side. Plus they were having to try to fix something someone else screwed up so it's a challenge. In my 1st appointment, Dr Tressler told me what he thought it was but wouldn't know for sure until he went in. He did the surgery, made the repair and I finally got my life back! He could do no wrong after that. He has since repaired my left ACL too. I had a great recovery and excelled in my rehab. For this reason, I pay a lot in additional $$$ just to go to him bc my insurance company only has him in the general network. I had to remind him at two separate visits I was not here for my back, but I have severe disk disease in my neck. He performed an acupuncture treatment the week before for what he thought was back pain. When I came in for my next visit he asked if my back pain improved. I was confused and said " my back", he replied " I thought you were he for back pain". He also was very offended when I told him the acupuncture treatment he did caused increasing pain and flu like symptoms for 3 days. He told me that was not possible, implying I was lying. After establishing care with another Dr. that performed acupuncture (specifically targeting my NECK) that Dr. said it is known that acupuncture can put your body into a healing crisis as your body releases toxins. I have no idea why Dr. Joseph got so defensive. I was respectful and pleasant, the exact opposite of him.

He listened carefully to what I said and after getting the records from my Florida doctor, he agreed to continue my medication that had worked so well. I am sitting here looking at my bill and am completely dumbfounded on why I have to pay a penny as they most definitely are the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. Without justification they knowingly changed my appointment time without letting me know. When I told them I had hand pain, they looked at my hands for at honest to God a one second and diagnosed me with carpal tunnel. When the shot did not work, they told me there was nothing they could do. The Hand to Shoulder Center did an absolutely horrible evacuation. I know this to be true as an occupational therapist found the simple problem in 3 minutes. Being level headed I thought maybe the doctor I was working with EXTREMELY unintelligent; I asked very kindly to switch doctors. Without warrant, they told me there was nothing else they could do for me. It was very evident to me they simply wanted money. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS.
