Very pleasant experiences with this business. I recently had…read morean exhaust system replaced on a commuter car I own, and have had wheel bearings replaced on a pleasure car which I own. Both experiences were very good. The exhaust system was for a Toyota Camry. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Very reasonable hourly rate, lower than most dealerships by far. The staff even dropped me off at home after I left the car with them and offered to pick me up when the work was completed, or even bring the car to me at home. Almost unheard of these days. The work was completed on time, and the cost was right in line with the estimate. I cannot think of a single negative aspect of this experience. The previous car with the wheel bearing replacement was a Mercedes CLK320 convertible. Despite the car being a little less familiar, the technicians had no problem finding the correct parts and materials to complete the work in a timely manner and correctly. I am having another vehicle looked at by them next week and I have great confidence they will be thorough, the work will be done correctly the first time and the cost will be reasonable. It's very nice to be able to build a relationship with a trusted locally owned repair and maintenance facility. I recommend this business with complete confidence.

Went in to Wally's Ford with the intention of either purchasing or ordering a Ford Maverick. I had…read morethe option of either purchasing one for nearly $15,000 over MSRP or coming back to order one. I decided to return to order one once I got a call because I wasn't overpaying for something that didn't have the options I wanted. I received a text message stating order banks were opening on Sept 30 so I returned. Upon my return I learned order banks had already opened and closed, and they offered me the option to purchase a stock build they had ordered, again, for quite a bit over MSRP and without the options I wanted to have. (Tow package, AWD, and copilot 360 among a few) I was told they could install a tow hitch for met about $1300 which is $500 over the option price, and without the rest that comes with it direct from ford. Definitely going to stay away from this place and I recommend others to do so as well.
