They dropped the contract. We hired a structural engineer to look at all the issues he stated was wrong with the house. The professional engineer stated that we had no issues, the walls were not bowing and showed several spots on the brick wall with a level, along with pictures proving straight, there are no un-level floors proved out with leveled pictures. I kept emailing and calling and ended up calling my credit card company to put a hold on the payment to get any action. They contracted the job out and I got the work done. The guys were good and I was happy with the work, but it was a nightmare getting it done. I decided to try them again as I have a leak. I did get someone to come out and look at the roof for an estimate. I have never gotten the estimate. I emailed and called. I have emails saying they sent the estimate, they didn't have the estimate, they would send the estimate and still not estimate. I called yesterday and they said they would send the estimate. I didn't get it so I called back and they said they would have the guy call me back. He never did. I called today and again they were unclear as what to do and said he would call me right back. He was on the phone and would call me right away. Four hours later and still no call, no estimate. I guess they are not interested in working here. What is frustrating is I have leaks, they know I have leaks, they say they will call and never do. It is unprofessional and the office staff are not sympathetic to anyone needing to get a start on the work. They just blow you off. I am thinking it would be hard to get them to schedule a time to come out and I would probably have to put another hold on any deposit. I did give them a second chance to thinking they might have worked their issues out, but it seems not. The one person I have worked with there that was responsive was Kristen, but she is either out or not there anymore. It is like pulling teeth getting anything done with this company. This is my experience and I thought it would be helpful to others looking for a reputable company. I have called another company who has already scheduled a look at my roof and we talked numbers. All that without the nightmare of never getting a response.
