The complex has become one of the great commercial landmarks of Malaga. In Muelle Uno there is a megayacht marina, the Pompidou Center and commercial establishments such as Lacoste, Hugo Boss or Primor and restaurants such as Burger King, KFC or 100 Montaditos. Near Muelle Uno are also the Palmeral de las Sorpresas, the Parque de Málaga and the Farola. Muelle Uno was inaugurated in November 2011 and is part of a plan to integrate the port of Malaga with the city. It has great shady areas as well as many benches. Bus 14 connects this part of town with the historic center and the rest of the city.

It's easy to make it into town from Malaga Airport - just jump onto any A bus and pay the driver. The bus will make everal stops but if you tell the driver where you want to go, they will give you a shout as to where to get off. The journey into the town centre will only take about 15-20 minutes Malaga is relatively small and easily walkable. The central bus station is right next to the train station and a 15 minute walk to the picturesque and fun old town with its little lanes, big public squares and shops The Larios Centro Comercial shopping centre is a few minutes from the bus station and gives a nice air-conditioned escape and convenient stopping point on the walk to the old town There is a nice mix of shops, spread out over 2 floors - interesting to see how many brands have become international these days. I was able to purchase some local Iberico ham from a little deli downstairs There are also clean toilets and a choice of eateries serving everything from very traditional tapas to kebabs to takeaway sushi

I ship for kids clothes there, because you cannot find the same style in the states. They have every brand that you can think of for ridiculous low prices. There sales are amazing. There is some kitchen gadget or even food that I must have. They have a bag dried apples for a euro. I go nuts for them. The sad thing about here is only when there is an upcoming holiday. Like a month before Christmas, they stock a bunch of Christmas stuff. Great for those that have families and homes to decorate, bad for me cause I hate all that junk. Ba humbug! The store owners gave me the address to input into Yelp s I know it's correct. It's 1.5 months old. The man, as my German girlfriend noticed, is very modern. He had lived in L.A before opening his own designer clothing shop. The lady, presumably his wife or girlfriend is a very pretty Spaniards. Together they run a sparse clean stylish women clothing shop that is more West Coast than traditional Spanish beach wear. No doubt of his L.A. stint has some to do with it. I purchased a Tshirt dress to cover my bikinis and a sweater dress that is vibrant and colorful. They serve coffee for their guests or at least I got a free nice cup in the morning. They also give out lip balms with their store name on it, perfect for your little ones at home. Now I need to expand my suitcase to take all my finds home.
