I Cremeria Cafe is located on the 4th floor - food court inside the Langham Place. Tip: take the express escalator to bypass the hustles of shoppers to the 3rd floor, and quickly take a short escalator ride to 4th floor and BAM, it's right there! I had Hokkaido fresh cream soft serve when I visited Japan a few years back, and I've always wanted to enjoy it again. It is not overly sweet like our very own Mr. Softie; the Hokkaido fresh cream is silky soft and has a natural sweetness. Love it so much! We've tried the soft serve in cones and cups; as well as the mix (matcha + cream). If my body allows it, I would have one everyday... alas, my metabolism just won't work with me. You can't really taste the gold, and it really kind of melts as soon as it touches the ice cream, making for an incredible photo opp. Will for sure stop by again bc the ice cream wasn't bad, they have so much more on their menu to try too.

Walked in and was greeted kindly and then I saw the wide selection that Smile had to offer me. That put a smile on my face. Totally recommend anyone in the k11/Tsim Sha Tsui area to try this especially if you are travelling. The dessert is not overpowering in sweetness and on top of that, the dessert is artistically just as good as the dessert itself. I almost didn't even want to eat it! Churros was freshly made upon order that it created a decent pair of hot and cold. It was nicely coated with cinnamon powder and deep fried to golden brown. We were expecting a firmer texture but it came out to be pretty mushy that we felt like eating a bread dough with crispy layer on the outside. Ice cream also melted pretty fast but it was probably due to the hot churros beside. Hot and cold, crispy and creamy, a pretty nice snack!

The latter has tried to set up branches in Hong Kong for a short period of time but have soon moved out and close down all businesses here. Only Haagen Dazs, curiously yet another brand from the US, survived and thrived; not only finding major success here but have almost monopolized the ice cream segment of the local food industry. But you have to give credit to this joint for bring more to the whole of ice cream eating experience. If you are to dine in here, there is a whole list of desserts for you to choose from ranging from the classic banana split to chocolate molten lava cake with ice cream served on the side. Haagen Dazs has upgraded itself from an ice cream selling store to a high tea/ dessert go to place which is chic and classy. Although I am not a huge fan of haagen dazs' ice cream, i would still consider going there to have ice cream for dessert after having dinner with friend; that's what makes this foreign ice cream brand successful. Speaking of the ice cream served there, I normally will have caramel biscuits and baileys; there caramel biscuit and cream flavor has chunks of crunchy biscuit bits which make it a delight to eat whereas the baileys is creamy but I wish there could be more alcohol in the taste. All in all, for an ice cream joint to be successful, i think Haagen Dazs has established a good example in adding the classy element into the formula which makes your everyday ice cream store more special
