He always answers our questions we might have during all of his visits and he is always very professional. I highly recommend Orkin for your next pest control company. I also recall asking Omar why should we stay with Orkin, how is your company different from the others? He explained to me unlike other regular "mom and pop" pest control companies who use the same pesticide in every visit, Orkin will utilize a different one. He let his wife who has dementia spray and the first thing she did was spray our organic herb garden after being told not to 3x seconds before. She got screamed at to stop while she was spraying our plants and she refused to stop and said this is what she does to her own plants. Gary packed up his wife and ran away before I could even say anything and refused to replace anything and never returned. Don't hire this guy.
