AMAZING! Fantastic service, pricing and response time.The owner Lee came out himself on a Friday night to make sure we had power back to our house. A neighborhood accident damaged our outside breaker box. We had been without power for 2 1/2 days, when PGE (finally) checked our box and told us what was wrong. We checked yelp and called a couple of companies (it was already after 5 pm on Friday). Lee called us back quickly and was here within 20 minutes himself since his workers were already busy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired our box within an hour and a half and made it safe for PGE to turn the power back on. I expected to pay a lot since it was after hours. (We've been charged up to $500 just for a service fee by other places) I was really surprised how reasonable his rate was. This is definitely our go to electrician company!!! read more

I had some random lights go out after I had changed some switches and sockets in my home, and had no idea where the problem now was. My issue seemed to defy logic. Here's the deal: Call these people. Now. I phoned Frontline and talked with the lady on the phone. I reported an urgent matter--I was detecting the odor of something burning. Lee called me within 30 minutes. That's THIRTY minutes. And then, he came to my house in three hours. That's THREE hours. His staff was busy on calls, so Lee showed up himself. That man checked out every outlet and light switch in my house. He replaced one outlet and one switch. He showed me something called a "GFCI" or whatever-the-heck you call it switch. This switch was preventing the outlets in my bathroom from working. I know this is elementary knowledge, but to me it was magic. Anyways, he reported that he did not find anything electrically wrong with my house. This was a tremendous relief to me. I eventually narrowed the odor to my old computer. Anyways, I aske Lee about getting my dark kitchen lights to get brighter. He suggested upgrading my kitchen lights to modern canister lights. I decided that I'll call Frontline to work on the lighting on my lower leve. And then maybe we can start work on the upper level. Now I'm a sarcastic, cynical SOB. But I recommend that you call Frontline/Lee and give them a chance. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Frontline Electrical Service went way beyond the call of duty in protecting us from extraordinary financial loss due to a transformer failure that effected, threatened and/or damaged every piece of equipment in our Restaurant. Lee came out well after hours on a Thursday night and stayed well beyond midnight. Not only did he repair, protect and preserve our fragile electric equipment, he explained in expert terms how PG & E was responsible for damage caused by their transformer failure which resulted in our receiving thousands in compensation. After working until after midnight Lee returned at 5:30 AM to make sure PG & E had made the proper repair and that our equipment was salvaged and evaluated when the electricity came back on. I called Frontline Electrical Services last week because I thought wasps might be getting into my house through small openings in the recessed light fixtures. I simply wanted to ask if it was a fire hazard to cover the openings with a clear plastic film until I could be sure of their entry point. Lee of course answered my question, but also made an appointment to come to my home and inspect the fixtures. He explained everything that he was doing while he worked and allowed me to examine the inside of the fixtures myself. He seemed genuinely concerned with my situation and displayed a very caring and professional attitude. I usually don't post on Yelp, but Frontline is so outstanding, I had to take the time to do so. My first experience with the company was on Thanksgiving Day, 2015. As my family and I were getting ready to go out of town, we lost power to three rooms in the house. Resetting the circuit breakers did nothing. Lee came out to Fairfield personally and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he, himself, was preparing to go to a family dinner, he took the time to insure that power was restored. He explained that it was a temporary, yet safe, repair and described everything he had done so I could explain it to an electrician, just in case I decided not to use Frontline for the follow-up. Additionally, he did not charge extra fees, despite the fact that it was a holiday! Most recently, I called for the follow-up work to be done. Dante came out and spent all day locating and correcting the problem. He checked and double-checked everything before leaving the house to insure the work was done just right. Again, the charges were very reasonable--much less than I had expected to pay--and the work is guaranteed. These guys are prompt, helpful, skilled, and very reasonably priced.
