I thought to myself that was steep for the service however I agreed. I provided a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted the embroidery to look like and confirmed with the gentleman behind the counter if he understood what I wanted in which he indicated he understood. The store employee Indicated to me that they were very busy and would try to fit in my order, indicated a week or so to complete. About 3 weeks later my order was ready for pick up. When shown my order the embroidery wasn't the same as the picture I had shown the employee when I originally dropped off the garment. The response from the employee wasn't very sympathetic to not following through on my order and continued to charge me the full quoted price despite the order not being as agreed. I was very disappointed in the service. Spend your money elsewhere, this business doesn't care about the quality of work they do.
