From the moment Teressia (pronounced Theresa) picked up the phone, I knew that I could count on her service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I gave her a description of what I was looking for and asked her an opinion between a memorial basket and an urn. She was very honest and told me that at the price point I was looking at I could get a very beautiful basket. She told me that if I wanted to spend more there were more expensive arrangements, but assured me that the basket would be a good choice. I trusted Theresa's opinion and ordered a large memorial basket with lilies, roses, larkspurs and filler. Just as promised she sent me a picture of the basket by cell phone when it was done. The flowers were simple and classy, in a traditional way to fit with my grandmother's background and lifestyle. This arrangement was much prettier than any I had ordered in the past by phone at the same price point and was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. (See pic) When I called the next day, the owner, Jerry said he received a delivery but was not happy with the look of the larger Cyclamen and would not send something he did not approve. He offered to send 2 smaller Cyclamen to my friend at no additional cost and this is why I am giving the business a 5 instead of a 4 because the way Jerry treated my concern tells me that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to him.
