When I called to ask why, they said it was because they didn't have any buses or transportation available. They assured me I wouldn't be charged. Nonetheless, I received a payment confirmation the next day. I called the company back to flag the issue and was told that both transactions were now cancelled and would disappear from my credit card within 3-5 business days. It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received any refund. Both pending charges have officially gone through, and no one is answering my emails or calls. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I'm so frustrated!

This guy kept promising the taxi was coming and after a thirty minute wait he knew we had no other options but to use him. I was staying in Portsmouth so paid the outrageous flat fee of $100 to take my two colleagues to Exeter. The next day I found out this idiot then proceeded to pick up another fair and drop them off which was out of the way and not agreed upon. This is unethical and also extremely dangerous bringing in a stranger we did not agree to. Do not use these guys unless you want to pay 6 bucks a mile.
