If it's not made right there on the spot it's a disgrace wise words from my best friend. This farm specializes in goat cheeses and also sells sheep's milk feta (omg so good). We sampled various products and loved them all each more than the other. What a heady experience! Foodies and cheese lovers will be swept off their feet by the Gouda and the Tomme produced there. I also got 2 litres of goat's milk. For those like myself that haven't tasted it, goat's milk is just a touch cleaner tasting (less cloying, I suppose) than cow's milk. Additionally this milk - whose cream had risen to the top - offered a delicate hint of fresh straw. We and our spoiled cats are converts!

They told us we could and even let us know what would be the best time to see the transformation (batch process) and you can see it through a glass in their store.
