This review is for Frogurt, which was previously Forever Yogurt. It looks the same, not too sure if anything changed. There is a good variety of flavors - all of which were very good. The alpine vanilla was delicious, as well as the strawberry, cookies n cream, euro tart, cake batter and white chocolate. I didn't see any low carb or no sugar added flavor, but they did have a gelato flavor and sorbet as well as the regular froyo. All toppings are self serve but you have to ask for cookie dough, and they take it out of the freezer behind the counter and add it for you. For two yogurts that were filled halfway with cookie dough and a couple other toppings was $17. A little pricey, but it's to be expected with frozen yogurt. I believe it was 70 something cents an ounce. Frozen yogurt shops don't seem to stick around for long, so I'm happy that there is a local option. read more

This froyo place, previously called Forever Yogurt, is now called FroGurt for what it's worth and I'll see if I can get Yelp to correct. They have a prime location in The Glen and with the Art Fair going on right outside its store, business was brisk. The kiddos helped themselves to a couple of medium bowls (thanks to us holding them back lol), and I paid $10.74 for 14.0 oz, so that works out to about 70 cents per ounce. There were the usual multitude of flavors and toppings, so I'll give them an a-ok. The staffer who rang us up with a smile was a friendly young guy also. read more

Very poor service and not family friendly. We had a child spill their cup when they were filling it- instead of being met with customer service and compassion they were very rude and weighed the amount spilled and made us pay for it. In addition, the toppings were messy everywhere and unlikely sanitary. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if it was an option. read more

Every time we walk in, we see the same hard working cashier. His service is very helpful. There is a huge variety of flavors, plus a swirl option from two flavors on the machines. Very limited space to sit in. Needs space outside. Better than Ben & Jerry's. read more

After a birthday dinner in the area, we walked past this shop and saw a crowd of kids going in. We were in the mood for some ice cream and seeing the choices here, it was a must try. The employee handed us a bunch of tiny tasting cups to sample any of the flavors or yogurt. There were probably a dozen or so but the Graham Cracker caught my eye. It was BY FAR, the greatest flavor that I've ever had. I didn't intend to get a large cup but after that tasting, I indulged. The cups are sold by weight and how much you want to mix and I could not believe just how many toppings there were!! You name it, it was there. While probably not the most common mixture for Graham Cracker, I added everything that looked good. The one ingredient that really was fun and tasty were the little flavored gelatin balls! For some reason, this particular location always has staff that is nasty and full of attitude. I've been here numerous times and have never experienced a nice and welcoming staff member. The people behind the counter are always snarky and look annoyed that you dare to speak to them and ask for a sample cup. I also find it odd that they give you one sample cup, especially when my husband and I both walk in. When I ask for a few more I get evil looks from them. The tables are usually not very clean, and are sticky. I've only ever been able to sit down and eat inside once or twice, and that's only because it was raining and I cleaned the table myself. When I mention the dirty, sticky tables to the person working, not once have any of them acknowledged me. The frozen yogurt itself is good. They usually have a pretty good variety of flavors and toppings to pick from, if I was to just rate the product I would give it 5 out if 5 but the always horrible experience is the reason I'm giving it only 1 star. Sometimes I've walked in, tried to get the persons attention and walked out without even getting anything. The most annoying thing is that on line their hours are listed as being open until 10pm, today I went there around 8:50 and they were already closed!! They need to update their website. They don't even have their hours posted on the door. The two reasons I come back are 1: the product is good and 2: it's the closest forever yogurt to me. read more

I've been to a variety of froyo places and must have really expected too much here. Granted it was a Friday night---the employees could've done a better job in directing the flow of customers. It was my first visit and I walked into a blob of people. The set up here is a little strange in that there are two sides of toppings--one by the register and one directly across the way--which inevitably creates traffic jams. Although I'm not new to froyo stores--it's still nice to know--where the cups are and if there are sample cups--where those are too. Greetings are always nice too---at least acknowledge that I'm about to drop some dough for the froyo. After dropping $20+ for 3 cups of froyo--it would've been nice to find out about the rewards program prior----instead there was a handwritten piece of cardboard next to the register flat on the counter---being partially covered by other random syrupy toppings--only to be noticed after you've paid----is it just me? Isn't the point of rewards programs--to entice me to come back---hmmm not so much here. The atmosphere was more like--give me your money, here's a spoon, now go. The first time I went to this yogurt place I fell in love. I had the Strawberry Shortcake and it was the best frozen yogurt I had ever had. Today I returned and it wasn't there so I had Cake Batter and I couldn't be more disappointed. It was just alright. And more disappointing was the service. The kids running around the place were more friendly than the person behind the counter. No I'm not expecting a lot. I mean it's a frozen yogurt place, I don't need valet or anything. Only giving this review 2 stars because I love Forever Yogurt otherwise I would be giving it NONE. However, the Staff here, not so much to love. My mom and I walked in after having dinner around the area and the two girls working there were taking out the trash by the front door. The one proceed to "fix" the toppings and I'm not even sure if she washed her hands. When I asked for sample cups, she just nodded and handed me TWO. The two girls working were more concerned about sweeping the floor. They were only nice to each other and their customer service was extremely lacking. The gentleman running the place seemed to be a really nice hard working guy, and special shout out to the tiramisu flavor, but the unisex single stall bathroom on this Saturday evening was on par with that of a gas station. I have never been so disappointed with a places customer service. Today my two sons went in and my youngest (who is 8) had spilled his ice cream. He was very upset and not sure what to do. I told him to grab a new cup and it was okay. The worker then came up to him and grabbed the spilled ice cream off the bottom of the nasty dispenser and handed it back to him. I told my son to leave it there and grab a new cup. When my son went up to pay the man got the cup he left and put it on to weigh it. My son had already been tearing up and the man then yelled at him to pay and he began to break down in tears. I explain that it had been an accident and that he was sorry. but the man continued to yell at my son saying that it was not an accident and that he was not sorry. Eventually two mothers walked in with toddlers, let us leave without paying for the bad one but continued to yell and insult us out of the store, I don't recommend going and I'm sure we are not going back. read more

All of the flavors seemed to have mixed with one another and the flavors were off. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she did not look up from her cell phone and did not seem concerned. This place is great and the staff is very friendly. I want to give a special shoutout to Hallie. Last weekend there was an Art Festival and management failed to schedule enough people for the event. We ate there Sunday August 7th, with our kids since we live within walking distance. The place was packed and Hallie was working her tail off. She was serving customers, cleaning up the toppings area, cleaning the ice cream machines, taking out the trash, and doing it all with a smile. Shame on you Forever Yogurt. Despite the negative reviews I decided to give this place a shot and I'm glad I did! The plain tart yogurt which I usually get wasn't the tastiest so I decided to get the Tahitian Vanilla which was great. They had a wide selection of toppings from fruit to candy and chocolate. My son did not like his frozen yogurt flavor, I asked if he could change it, they did not let us. Nothing they could do to accomodate my request. They were not ever interested to assist or offer anything. We have spent more than $20 on our order. I'm never coming to this place again. Bad customer service by teenagers who work there. i usually don't write reviews but this is the WORST experience i had. the cashier was extremely rude when i retrieved my groupon. she insisted that it had been used. i explained that it wouldn't retrieve if it were used, she snapped and said "sure it does". then she marked my groupon "redeemed" on my phone and would not honor it.
