I called the store, and they informed me that they would not be able to repair it at the store but that they can send it to the manufacturer and that it would be free if I had a warranty. I had no clue if I had a warranty on my clubs because I could find nothing online or my reciept about if a warranty was even offered. So I tried the Dick's customer support chat feature. After about 30 mins of waiting I was able to find out that they "offer a year warranty on all clubs sold." So, I went to the store and it could not be farther than what I was told. I was told that they do not offer a warranty on clubs, that they will not ship my clubs, and that they can't help. The employee seemed to be telling the truth but it seemed like a management problem. Thankfully there are other options for getting clubs and getting them repaired in CUllman. However the worst part about it is that I will be back because I have no other option. Dicks is the only apparel store with a normal size seletion. Hibbits is almost impossible to get something in your size and everywhere else will not have it. The only reason I give it 2 stars and not 1 is because of the seection which is decent and they have decent sales. Overall, I was just dissapointed

Staff at this location were really nice ... greeted upon entering the store and about half way through checking out what they had, they asked if I needed any help....when I left they thanked me for coming in and said to have a good night. What I like about these guys, is they have clothing that you aren't going to find at Dick's, Academy or Belk type stores. Their focus is on outdoor gear and clothing and the associated brands. One of the few places, I know of, where they have a pretty good selection of North Face and Patagonia and brands like that. In addition to that they have some shoe brands you won't be getting at these other stores as well as some outdoor camping supply type stuff. Really, the only down tick in rating for me is the fact that the prices in here can tend to be a little on the high side. But otherwise, a really quality store with some really cool stuff.

The price for the belt were fair even though it cost me almost $30 dollars, but it been worth it since the belt is still in good shape. I also needed workout gloves and with me lifting weights, I need something to protect my hand. Like anything else, the gloves wasn't cheap, but worth the price since I had them for a couple of months and they still intact compared to most gloves I had before. Really expansive list of Yeti and backpacking and kayak equipment, etc. Clothing areas are separated out pretty nicely and have areas for men's, women's and children active wear. If you check between the aisles you'll find discount racks that can be as much as 90% off. For me, Dick's can be kind of hit or miss, and that may have swayed the review a little bit, but this location actually had some stuff that I was interested in (and bought). Shoes are in the back of the store and are a level above what you'll find at Academy. Store is clean and staff were all friendly - Really no complaints. There were so many colorful athletic shoes, tight fighting yoga pants, and various tank tops and tees! This is a college football state so you'll find a lot of alma mater inspired clothing. Prices are affordable and I forced myself not to buy any more gym clothes--especially while on vacation. I know if I lived here, this would be another store added to my shopping list of goodies to buy.
