If you are college student looking for a off campus rental house. By all means, do not rent through Frobose Rentals. Renting with them for 2 years, all 8 of my roommates and other renters with other houses, can attest to staying away from these guys. There houses consistently have black mold growing on the ceilings of all bathrooms with rodents infesting the basements and lurking underneath the houses. If you request maintenance for a broken item in the house, they will charge you time and money for the repairman to come. A huge problem is that they are only in there office about 2-3 hours a day with taking a 2 hour lunch midday every day. They scam every college student renter in every possible way for every dime and penny they can cough out of you. You can expect to not receive any of your deposit back by e end of your lease. The houses are not even equipped with carbon monoxide detectors let alone even being up to inspection code.
