This was done with Thomas directly, and he listened and then immediately saw numerous avenues. He didn't give me false hope, he told me facts , and what to expect and exactly how he was going to handle the case... Now onto the other items people have said in their reviews... "lack of communication" This firm is BUSY, and rightfully so, being one of the best. However he still has time for his clients, he is just in high demand. Trust me, no news is good news.. and if he had time to talk to everyone every minute of the day, then he isn't in that high of demand... so I took that as a positive... When there is something .. trust me he will call you directly , immediately and tell you what's happening. He works with his contacts, and trust me the prosecutors know him, his reputation, and how he shows them the true law... what our founding fathers had intended. The status of my case, was positive, however... even with a negative status I would have left the same review. I pray to god I never have to use An attorney again, however when my life hangs in the balance... there is NO other attorney I would trust more.

His ego is off the scale and if you're as so bold as to confront him on his poor disposition he'll never let you hear the end of it. His "shushing" me in court, hand gesturing me to shut up, allowing the plaintiff's party to sit there for 5 hrs and attack my character with hardly a word of protest. WOW! I can't stress enough how I WISH I'd of simply done this by myself!! YES!!! I'd of been better off just going it alone from across the country.
