One dinner included sides of greens and macaroni, and the other included baked beans and cornbread. Unfortunately, both the greens and the macaroni were extremely salty, and the greens tasted like they came straight out of a can. As a visitor looking for a taste of home, it was very disappointing to feel like that money was wasted.

The tacos, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, tortillas are made fresh, corn and flour!! Everything was made fresh and is bursting with authentic Mexican flavors. My favorites include the savory delicious bean soup ( btw I hate beans but their beans soup you must try) and the delicious tacos. The friendly family behind the truck greets every customer with warmth, making you feel like a cherished guest. They are the most whole some couple I've ever met. Don't miss their house-made tortillas burritos and burgers, (home made press patty) - they're the best in town! A number of picnic tables under a long tent for people to enjoy their food. We were looking forward to having a sandwich Cuban o however they were out. They had Pizza de Cuban today only. We never had that before so we said sure. I ordered Pizza Chorizo and my hubby got the Pizza Pepperoni. What is interesting is that it's different from regular Italian pizza. The pizza had a softer dough which rises higher and had melted Swiss and cheese with onions, round, puffed up edges crispy with your added extra ingredient inside. It's designed as street food. The way to eat a Pizza Cuban style is to fold it in half and enjoy. We found their pizzas to be very delicious. The only minor thing is that these lovely people don't speak much English. That's good because I can practice my Spanish. They're really sweet. We love supporting small mom and pop food trucks. We will return!

There are about 10 food trucks organized in a U shape arrangement with parking space to accommodate more than 30+ cars. Tents with tables were available. We got in around 5:30 PM and Latin music were played in two of tents, Fogoncito Catracho and The Food Twisters. There are Pizza, Smoothies, Tacos, Burritos, Empanada and other food from Cuba, and Central America. We step in The Food Twisters and ordered a Cheese Burger and a Twisted Burger and a watermelon mojito. The staff is very friendly and tell you it will take 10 minute to prepare the food. The cheese burger is fine and flavorful. The Twisted burger is amazing! A grilled burger on a buttered bun with crispy smoked bacon strips, melted Swiss Chesse, lettuce and tomato with Guava BBQ sauce. The Guava BBQ sauce added that extra taste to the burger. Very nice! We tried their watermelon mojito drink in an oversize cup. The lime, mint, and watermelon juice with ice cubes elevated my taste bud to fight the humid Florida Summer sun! Definitely will return to try their empanada, Cuban egg roll, Mac N Cheese burger!
