This is the only specialty pet store I was able to find in Enschede. I moved from the US with my dog so I was very worried about being able to find everything I need to take care of her, but this store has it all!
I'm the type of person who really loves to spoil my pet...I used to have a barkbox subscription back home and I had my favorite hipster pet stores to buy unique toys and snacks for my dog. I moved here thinking I could continue ordering things online and have them delivered to my new home, but I was wrong. In comes this store! This store, to my relief, has that mom and pop vibe. I am able to find essentials such as doggie wipes and food to fun things like cute dog boots (for the rain!) and a pup basket to attach to my bike.
The service is really great too! I've experienced the usual pattern of low par customer service that seems to fly in Europe, so I have come to accept figuring things out on my own. However the girl working here was very helpful and nice about it.
Another plus is that they take my Visa card!
It's safe to say that I will frequent this place for my dogs needs during my stay here.
