Call was received after 2pm on a Friday, but I was in a meeting and couldn't return a call until later in the day, but unfortunately their office was closed (after 5pm). So I returned them a call first thing the following Monday. Well was told my spot was given to another person. This is the way CitySuper does it's business, treating customers like consumerables. I used to live in Hong Kong many years ago and came here all the time, so it was super nostalgic. For anyone who hasn't been, it's a massive Japanese department store with 19 floors of pretty much everything you could ever look for. They actually finished a huge renovation back in 2016, but we missed it on our last trip, so it was really cool to see it now. Pro tip: definitely head down to the basement. The Japanese food court and supermarket down there are amazing for grabbing a quick bite or some snacks. Definitely check it out if you're in Causeway Bay!
