Been to many Freshiis and none of them have disappointed us and this location kept the streak going. Inside a few tables that you can sit and enjoy your food. Nice and clean inside and decorated just as many other Freshiis. Ordered a Mediterranean Bowl and Large Spicy Lemongrass Soup which is plant based/vegan when ordered with veggie broth. The bowl made just as all other locations, except that the staff probably was heavy with onions. Other than that everything was perfect. The soup was made well as well as usual. The broth seemed a bit less spicy than usual and noodles and veggies were perfect. No Sriracha hot sauce available was disappointing. But over all good experience and will come back soon. read more

I was in the area shortly after Freshii opened so I decided to give it a try. With its friendly staff and customizable menu, this is a good place if you're looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat. I love rice bowls so I ordered a large Buddha Satay bowl which comes with rice noodles, wontons, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, green onions and a creamy peanut sauce. The ingredients were fresh and the crispy wontons were a nice addition but overall, it was no big deal. At around $9 for a large, the portion wasn't very big and I was still hungry after finishing it. read more

So we've been several times to this freshii location and each time before today, the food has been ok, and seemed fresh, but the restaurant is filthy! Food all over the counters and floor, just a mess. Today was a double whammy. 46 minutes after opening the restaurant looked like a bomb had hit it, the floor a disaster. The food today was really just "meh". My broccoli in my teriyaki bowl was grey (I've never had grey broccoli before!) and the chicken had a weird texture. Perhaps Sunday is leftover day? The store is popular and does usually serve good food ... but they better step up their hygiene! read more

Great place if you want something healthy and fast with a lot of options. I had the Teriyaki rice bowl with chicken. The ingredients were fresh and everything tasted great. The rice bowl came to $10 which is about what I would expect for this kind of food and restaurant. It wasn't that much food so if you're looking for somewhere cheap I would look elsewhere. Freshii is great for what it is, good, fresh, healthy ingredients with lots of options. A nice option if you're looking for a healthier fast food option. read more

Love the food, love the people, love the vibe. The food tastes great, it's healthy, and there are so many options. Fresh juices and smoothies, and none of the overly saturated crappy stuff. It's healthy food you really WANT to eat. The staff are always friendly, and the store is very welcoming and comfortable. There's vegetarian and vegan options, which is a nice twist from most food related businesses you see these days. But personally, I'll stick to the chicken... can't get enough protein. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to eat healthier, or someone who already eats healthy, but wants something new... definitely give this place a try. read more

I started coming here to eat when I moved to Guelph. I loved eating at Freshii in Waterloo because of the consistency and delicious food. The owner there was friendly and would go out of the way to make sure the customer was enjoying the food. However, the Guelph location consistently mixes up the order and the owner barely acknowledges your mere existence. I would order my food with condiments on the side so that I could reheat it later that day and they'd always somehow just put it on top (sometimes multiple sauces). They also run out of staple items at peak times. If you want to customize your order the pencils are never sharp, and the order card print outs are always faded with toppings stroked out and penciled in randomly. The hours are also very wonky here too. I'd love to see this place pull it together and make a few positive changes. read more

The food at Freshii is excellent, certainly the best fast food/takeout I've had. I think their Cobb Salad is one of the best in existence. My main issue with them is that their pricing is pretty high for a takeout joint, that I tend to think of for lunch. They do definitely fill a niche though in terms of the type of food that they serve. I think the closest comparable food would be salads from Subway, although Subway's salads are not as high quality, and less costly. read more

I was really looking forward to trying Freshii here in Guelph. However, I wish I could say I was thrilled by the experience. The Buddha bowl tastes nothing like it does in Toronto. Also, there seems to be too many staff members working. I get this is a university area, but I could do without hearing the drama while I am trying to eat. I think this location has potential... After dining in freshii a number of times, and after being let down by the service consistently, I have decided to leave a review in the hope of positive change. The first issue I have with this location is that the food is unfresh. For being a FRESHii location, I have higher expectations. Another issue I have is that I have witnessed the SAME SCOOP for meat to be used for tofu. As a strict vegetarian, I was utterly appalled. The last issue, the last straw I could tolerate, completely ruined my taste for freshii. This issue has been consistent over my visits, and I'm not sure if it is my poor timing, but each of my negative dining experiences have involved encounters with julia (julianne? juliet?), who I believe is a manager and whom appears to be pregnant. I understand pregnancy brings on a multitude of hormonal issues that can change behaviour, but her behaviour is completely unsuitable. I have been given "stank eyes" when paying, made to feel my money is no good there, and on other occasions my complaints about the food quality have also been blatantly ignored by her. Its one thing to lack the ingredients, but to compliment the food with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGERS is an issue. How are issues ever to be resolved if the management won't acknowledge them in the first place. I WILL NOT DINE THERE UNTIL UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. read more
