I would give them zero stars if I could! This was the worst cleaning service I have ever had. Look at the photos and I have more and videos if you need them. 1. Poor mishandling of communication and scheduling 2. No quality work, very sloppy. Two ladies, all day in an emptied house and that is the result below (see photos) 3. When I had visited the cleaners during my lunch I was already unsatisfied with the clean. I was cordial to them and asked them politely to re-clean; I would show them things and ask them to explain to me why it was the way it was; I shouldn't even have to do that. And they also broke my mirror in one of the bathrooms. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this cleaning company and will NEVER need their service. If I were you, I'd run. I will be blasting them on every single review page there is because I did not get my money's worth. I am not saying that they did not clean, but they definitely did a sloppy job and used excuses for where they lacked. All in all, my kitchen and bathroom faucets were left dirty, they left debris everywhere, I took photos of the entire house that was left dirty and uncleaned and that is very unprofessional of them. When I complained to Monica, I made sure to provide her with proof (photos), and she said that they would come back to finish the job?! Like that would make things better? Why did they not do it correctly the first time? They wasted a day's work and my own hard working money. On top of that, they broke a mirror in one of the bathrooms. After talking to Monica, politely, even though I was fuming, all she was able to do was give me excuses, excuses and after haggling her, she offered 10% off my total bill, which is nothing?! And I had to request that she reimburse me for my mirror, she didn't even offer?! Who knows if she would reimburse me once I send her the invoice for that? I am deeply ashamed that I was duped by "cleaning" ladies. I have no respect for the ladies that work for this company, and I definitely have no respect for the owner and how they deal and run their business.
