Very polite and courteous...he helped deliver the shoes after purchasing via PP and he agreed to deliver to my hotel and even was awesome by sending me the receipients name from the hotel. I received the shoes just an hour ago and am a very happy camper. No dents in the box and shoes are in deadbox condition. I am a sneakerhead and this place has great selection of jays, nikes, NB, adidas, and the works. Thank you so much Pieter.
