I…read morefound them through my insurance plan and saw that they had really good Google Reviews so I scheduled my appointment. The fact that they offered weekend availability had me sold. In addition to availability, the office was clean and the staff that I encountered were warm and welcoming -- Joserie, Luis, and Dr. Jensen. This location was easy to find and there is ample parking in their lot. The service I received was great overall. Dr. Jensen answered all questions or concerns that I brought to his attention. He was thorough in his work and explanations. I have been to other dental offices earlier this year that seemed quite predatory in their suggestions, however the quality of care and recommendations I received here was quite the opposite. I'm glad I waited and found the right dental office to suite my needs I would highly recommend visiting this dental office.

My son had an appointment at 11:30A to have his cavities filled. He needed medication prior to…read morefilling the cavities. after checking in at 11:30A we waited for over an hour and no one called him back. This was concerning to me bc he was instructed to not eat or drink prior to the appointment. After over an hour of waiting, I went to the front desk inquiring about when my son would be seen as we had been waiting for over an hour and he had not eaten and he was 7. The front desk tried to minimize my concern by stating that the medicine would take an hour to take effect, this would be fine if he had actually been given any medicine, but he had not been called back to be given any medicine. After I informed the front desk of this, they called my son back to provide him the medicine they claimed to had already given him. He had to wait an additional hour for the medicine to take effect. My son went all day until almost 2 o clock without eating bc the office was unaware of what actually was going on. I will not be returning to this office with any of my children. They were so focused on celebrating a baby shower during office hours and ordering pizza and cake that they let my son sit in the waiting room for over an hour after his appointment time and only called him back after I went to the desk to complain.
