He's extremely knowledgable and so willing to teach and explain things. He truly cares to help and it shows in his demeanor and in his practice as a whole. Health insurance is not accepted, but you still basically just pay the price of a copay anyways! He's definitely not in this business for the money aspect. It was easy to sign up, they communicated with me quickly, the Introduction classes were so informative and key and Coach Colin was super patient and attentive to me. Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best. The other members I workout with are also so helpful and encouraging. I'm proud to say I feel healthier than ever before. I am so glad I found this community to be a part of. The notified me that I had missed my appoint meant that I was getting every two weeks. They told me I would have to wait another month for a treatment. I have prostate cance and I am in a Drug trial in Sarasota every 3 weeks and I go to Moffet once a month which Lori knew as she personally gave me my treatment. Time was limited for me for appointments awaiting 6 weeks defeated the purpose of the treatments they were too far apart to be effective. So I said I would stop down to see what could bhe came and said the same about the dates and Lori would not come out of her oe worked out. I came in and the girl looked at the screen and said that's all we have same dates. I ask if Lori was in, she said yes and went get her and she came back without Lori and said those are the dates period. I had hoped she could find a way to get my treatment sooner. But she didn't even try to offer a cancelation. They only know what is on the screen. The place is a high priced factory and if you want or need any thing not on the screen they don't know what to do. Additionally she told me her assistant would do my future treatments. What? She had no training by any proffestional. She wasn't a trained ultra sound technician had no certifications needed for that equipment and neither did Lori. I don't even know if they ever had an anatomy class. Shockwave therapy is Ultra sound in a different form. Also it should be performed in A MEDICAL setting. Lori talks a good game but in the end all she wants is you money and the fact that she would not come out to see me show all you need to know about that place as they say Fish stink from the head down.

I asked my Doctor for a referral to a Registered Dietician and she referred me to Total Nutrition and Therapeutics; which is what I thought TNT was. I didn't know that TNT was a high end weight loss clinic until it was too late. I had given TNT $500 on what I thought was a free consultation phone call (turns out that was part of the services rendered, phone call last about 15 minutes, give or take a few minutes) and thought that money was for the entire program; I thought that in of itself was expensive, but figured they must be good since my Doctor referred them. I never received a receipt or invoice for what that $500 was for, let alone what the remaining balance of the program was; I had no way of knowing they had a "no refund" policy since I hadn't yet walked in the door and received no documentation at that point. My husband and I attended an hour and a half Sales Presentation about a month later where we received paperwork on what TNT's actual program cost; another $5,500 for the program and $400 for the initial blood work that they require in addition to the $500 I already gave them; approximately $6,400 to start, not counting any add-ons they may require. And that $500 I paid, wasn't even listed on the contract. Had I known how much this facility cost from the get go, I wouldn't have wasted anyone's time or my money. My husband and I are on a fixed income and cannot afford this; our insurance doesn't cover this. I can't get my $500 back. The paperwork we received at the Sales Presentation a month later, was very vague on what the charges are and on the back, they have a list of add-ons they may require which don't even have prices associated with them. I don't know how anyone can afford this service, unless, of course, you're fortunate enough to have a lot of money. I have since changed Doctors. Everyone and anyone I show the paperwork to, gasp at the price. They're like, Oh My God! I met two women who paid TNT and neither one of them lost weight. One had a quit because TNT was selling her all those add-ons and she ran out of money and another woman said at the very least, she found out she was gluten intolerant. My Doctor said gluten is from an autoimmune deficiency and if her Doctor ordered the blood work they were supposed to, she would have known she had this issue.
