I loved that there were 3 of them that contained truffles which are my fave. The starting suop with truffle and parmesan was just the best things I've ever tried. And the textures of the dishes were was spectacular. You are eating something that doesn't look like it but it tastes so. The lacqued ternera was ridiculously good, it melted in my mouth, didn't need a knife. The staff were just impredibly attentive and welcoming, all of them in a great mood. The somelier was spectacular explaining the wines that came with each course, and they matched perfectly. The desserts were amazing. And they offered for new year's eve a tray with turron, grapes and panettone from Oriol Balaguer which was to die for! I highly reccomend this place when you are in barcelona and want to have a great experience.

We happened to luck out and get the last one. The inside also looks nice, but in this weather is is better to sit outside. The staff was friendly and came to us quickly. They provided us the menu in English and worked with us to take our order. Decent prices. 6-11€ appetizers and my steak dinner was 20€ which was a good price for the size. The food was decent and the staff was attentive. Would go back. Wifi provided upon request but only inside.

We started with a selection of olives, and I swear those are the most beautiful tasting olives I have ever eaten! So flavorful -- almost fruity, yet briny, succulent and hard to put into words how delicious they were -- I couldn't stop eating them! We also ordered the Spicy Chorizos, the "Coca Sepulveda" (Tuna with accoutrements), the Salad Mezclum of the House, Clams witrh white beans, and a couple of orders of the Coca Bread with Tomato. All of it was superb, and we enjoyed it with a bottle of Spanish white wine that our server recommended. Was a gorgeous, leisurely dinner that ended a fine day of touring a fine city!

First course was the grilled mushroom caps drizzled with a little of olive oil (very tasty). 2nd was the morcilla which tasted like a piece of blood heaven. Very well prepared and cooked thoroughly with the rice component. Almost a chocolate/smoked flavor as we accompanied it with a devilish Spanish red that was perfectly balanced. 3rd and 4th dishes were the grilled gambas split in and razor clams that were exceptional. Definitely stop in for a warm wonderful meal with great service!! Salud!

As good as the food was it was the service that made this dinner the most special. It was the most hospitality we have been shown in spain, and it's not even close. Super nice family that cares about the experience they give you. We even showed up closer to closing time than my wife and I are comfortable. Sat us right now, didnt rush us, and treated us like we were their first customer ever. Sure the price was higher than some surrounding, but a bargain in the eyes of fine dining!
