What I don't like is they can't find people who want to work so only 3 check outs were open and all self check out. I understand that gift cards are like cash, but in this case we had the original receipt, acted quickly, and only needed help retrieving information that Woodman's should have access to. It was very disappointing to feel completely dismissed over a $35 gift card. Because of this experience, I would recommend buying gift cards directly from the actual retailer instead of Woodman's.
