For a guy who's annual revenue is 426,000 dollars, you'd think that all of the washers and dryers worked. Only half of each didn't. You'd think that if there's a men's and women's bathroom that there'd be toilet paper and paper towels available. There wasn't. You'd think that there'd be detergent and/or dryer sheets available in the detergent vending machine. There wasn't. If you're going to have a snack vending machine, have more than just 10 items in it. If you're going to have a soda machine, stock it up. I spent damn near 40 dollars washing my and my family's clothes. And apart of that went towards a dry that wasn't properly marked as out of order. Another one that should have been. Because it didn't turn. The heat was working, but just didn't turn. You would think that making that much money annually, paying all the bills, taxes, your 5 employees that I guess get paid to not show up and work there, you would THINK that maybe the reason why you were getting that much money, you'd have ENOUGH AT THE LEAST to maintain your establishment! But, I guess I'm wrong! I guess, I'll be going elsewhere! And I wasn't the only person that had that complaint. There were at least a dozen people my daughter and I over-heard or talked to that stated the same thing. Mr. Clyde Summers, take care of your establishment, or you won't have customers to come and appreciate and utilize it more often! Shame on you! read more
