The Freeway Insurance on west county has nothing but White Collar Crook's working there. I was with them for 4 months and every month we had a problem and it was a mistake being with them I should of backed out on the first day. on my first "month" I only had 13 days of coverage and they insisted that there's nothing they could do that this was my only option, second month and I go to the location to pay and I'm charged a late fee when I'm not even a day late on payment I check my paperwork and it saying I have 2 weeks of grace to pay without late fees so I go back and explain to them and they tell me it's a service fee when he told me himself it was a late fee and on the receipt it even says late fee they insist there's nothing they could do so I ask is there anyway I can pay without being charged a fee and they tell me I can pay online and I ask how would I do that and they rudely tell me to check my paper work and it'll give me everything I need, next month comes around I'm I was going to pay online but when I check the paper work the only thing it's shows is to go to the firms website and I do and it's asking for me to create an account so I am and it's asking for a account code I check my paper work and there's no account code I have to go back to the location and I explain to them it's asking for an account code and it's not in the paperwork that's supposed to have everything I need and so they give me the phone number to the firm and tell me to call them and they'll help me. I'm on the phone with the firm and I'm explaining to them I'm setting up an account to pay online and I need an account code and she helps me set it all up and I told her about the trouble I'm having with Freeway Insurance and she tells me that they could of gave me the account code at the location since they have acces to my file. Forth month roles around and the online pay wouldn't work and it's my (last day) of grace so I go up to the location to pay and they tell me my account has been close and I ask how if today is my last day of grace and they tell me no it ended at 12 I'm the middle of night and I ask how am I supposed to pay at 12 in the middle of night if the online pay doesn't work and they tell me I had to pay the day before and I'm telling them then today really isn't my last day of grace then if I can't even pay today and he pulls up the paper work and shows me in little words it says it ends at 12 at night and he goes on to tell me if I wanna reinstate it but there will be a fee I'm furious just staring at him and he tells me if I wanna think about it too go somewhere else cause he has other customers when there wasn't even anybody else there so I just get up and leave. I ended up finding a new insurance company at a cheaper rate. These people at freeway insurance from the 2 assistants at the front too the manager in the back are Greedy,Rude,unprofessional Crooks the manager in the back never once tried to help me she even says she tried calling me to see if she could help but that was a lie I never once received a phone call and she was worried and babbled on more about her personal life then the insurance. read more
