After originally building our home and being with another insurance company, we made the switch, and Gayla has truly gone above and beyond--not only for me, but for another family member as well. She is consistently available by phone, takes the time to walk through every detail, and explains everything clearly. As a new homeowner, I really appreciate the patience and care she puts into making sure I understand what I need to do. Gayla is also very transparent and honest, which made me feel confident in every decision. She truly listens to her customers and takes their individual needs into account, which is something you don't always find. She has found me the best rates for both car and home insurance and made the entire process smooth, respectful, and easy to navigate, all while being genuinely friendly and communicative. It's clear that she truly cares about the people she works with.

We had Geico for about 29 years, but a friend recommended for us to get a quote from State Farm. I…read morefigured it couldn't hurt, but I admit I was a bit skeptical and wasn't convinced that they could give us a better rate than Geico. Especially since we had been very loyal to Geico. I made an appointment for Kristen to call me, and she was incredibly helpful! She took her time going over everything with us and made sure that we were including everything we could for the best rate possible. Even though we own our home, we just wanted to get a quote for just our cars at this time. We were paying over $700 a month at Geico for 2 cars with full coverage and 1 car with bare minimum insurance. Kristen gave us a quote for all 3 cars having full coverage and it was a little over $220 a month! I had to ask her to repeat the amount because I couldn't believe that it was so low. We switched immediately! Kristen made the whole process so easy and was incredibly patient with us. She even sent a quote for our home included so we could compare it to our current home owner's insurance. If you are looking for a good insurance office, look no further because you will be in good hands with Kristen! Thank you Kristen for helping us out!

I understand that the financial institutions are struggling but with inflation and a Democratic President trying to ruin us all, every dime counts. And to charge me 12% of my check is not only unfair, it's crooked and probably criminal. So my advice to anyone looking to intrust this bank that makes their quarterly bonuses off the backs of hard working Americans with you money, think about what they will probably charge you if you accidentally have a NSF!!! Based off their check cashing fee I would have to say a NSF charge (That's if they just don't return it) is probably going to be around $100.

I was told that it was required I present a hard copy of my Social Security Card to open the requested account. I have not had a copy since 1982 and have not needed it, what with having an actual Social Security Number. This is not a federal law or a local law, so I tried calling their offices to find out what was going on. Because ALL branches, apparently, of the Citizens Federal Credit Union were "short-handed," I talked to three receptionists who all tried to transfer me to "Membership" and simply gave me the opening menu message you get from a generic call to the place. Dear lord. I think there was definitely a message coming through that I did not want to leave my hard-earned money in this wretched, disorganized business. Went to Plan B and all is well. But, I would think twice before doing business with these folks.
