After you come in you need to sign in your name and in 15-30 minutes you'll be called in. I waited in line for 20 minutes and about another 20 minutes to get my car insurance. The lady who served - Quetzalli Oviedo was very polite and nice to talk to. They do monthly, which I appreciated! Other places wanted me to sign a 6 months policy, citing that I'm a tourist and that's the only way for me. So, thank you, Freeway Insurance, you saved my ass read more

On March 18, 2021 I went to pay my insurance. I had the worst experience of my life. MARIO NEEDS TO BE FIRED! We are in the middle of a pandemic and he tries to over charge me on my insurance for a bonus for himself. I feel sorry for those who had been scammed by him. Its a area of predominantly Hispanics. God knows how bad he has raped them of their money. I was not having it! He lied to my face and said in order for me to get back dated I would have to pay two months. Which is a fucking lie ! I got up and left to a different location. I was in and out with in 5 minutes no problems. MARIO IS TRASH ! read more

This insurance place took my money and did not process my insurance and notify the DMV and caused the DMV to charge me fines and fees! I now have a recorded first offense with the DMV of NV. The DMV is very strict and you must comply or face many fines! Once the mistake was found out, nobody at the insurance company did anything but said they would call me back and played the dodge game and transfered the agent to another location. If you can't trust your insurance company to do their job, why even use them. I'm Highly upset and filied a complaint with the DMV. Yadira Guzman is the freeway insurance agent that didn't do her job, even after calling her and telling her I received a letter from the DMV stating they needed to have proof of insurance. She still neglected to do it and about the time I found out 4 months later both vehicles suspended! Then they say it's been too long for us to adjust it so basically we fucked you sorry. Beware of this insurance company! read more

If I could give them a negative star I definitely would!! Mario is a very disrespectful, terrible, ignorant human being and I hate the fact that he represents a good company like this. He lied about my payment amount that I owed and told me In order to be back dated I had to pay an outrageous amount, MARIO is KNOWN FOR THIS, but when I went to another place the rate was not only lower but I was very well taken care out and they APOLOGIZED FOR MARIOS ACTIONS AT ANOTHER LOCATION, MARIO SHOULD TAKE NOTES INSTEAD OF TRYING TO YELL WHILE OTHER PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. If you go here please avoid him ask to see the janitor before asking for his services you will definitely thank me read more

I hate businesses who trick you and are not honest and trying to steal your information. I searched for a service that can give me auto insurance quotes from different companies and their name came up. On the 1st page they were asking for the first and last names, email, zipcode and phone number. When I hit "Get a free quote" button, I got message saying a representative will contact me shortly. What the hell! If I want to call or talk to someone, then I can do it myself. When I go online, it means I want that everything happens there. Besides, when someone trick you like that, I never want to do any business with them. read more
