The service for an auto tag agency was actually pretty good. The line though was ridiculously long...filled the entire inside of the place and went in a serpentine fashion all around the outside of the store into the parking lot....long long wait...thing is I can't really blame the workers because there were 12 of them inside working hard... maybe they need to expand? Either way sure I wish the wait was a lot less time (1hr) but I have had worse experiences at auto tag agencies.

Andrew is probably the most intelligent, helpful and caring individual I've ever encountered in the auto insurance marketplace! He spent great lengths on the phone with me answering all my questions and taking care of my special needs. And on top of it all he found me a policy that was WAY under the price I thought I'd be paying!!! A lifesaver for sure! She got beyond rude & said she needs to speak to my husband but when she failed to realize we have a time zone difference & we're 3 hours behind she hung up on me!! Called office out here in Phoenix, Az. & the LOVELY JANINE said she'd take care of it. So beyond glad to be far away from the rude state of Florida.
