She was extremley friendly and very helpful. She quickly offered to add me to her email list, so I could get new and current listings in the area and so she could keep in contact with me. I found a couple of listings of intrest and she quickly offered to take me out and show them to me. I must say this company has impressed me a great deal…read more.. Simply put i call them the fixers...I previously had a dispute with a rental company. That did absolutely NOTHING...and left my place unrentable for months. I called them and in less in a month in a half they manged to not only get my property rented..But they were also to able to fix the damage to my property as well...as i said they truly are the fixers...They fix problems other rental companies make....and they get things done as fast as humanly possible for you There communication is fabulous. I live now in C.A and they manage to keep in consent communication with me whenever is needed. There web site is clear and the photos they take are great...They work hard and they work with you to get your place rented and make you feel your in good hands...And with me being over 2000 miles away that's all the security and trust i need... On top of finding all of those goodies, there were never clear instructions provided for the gate. The fact there was a gate is mentioned, but the physical place of the gate opener was never stated. Since that was the case, we had issues getting into the property. We tried contacting the management company multiple ways - phone calls and email messages across multiple days with no response until we contacted VRBO. It's also falsely advertised as 35 minutes from Asheville, expect a 45 minute drive. Not only was the cleanliness questionable, but the management was horrific. If I could give negative stars I would.
