JW Freeman property Management is the worst I have dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I rented a house from them for 2yrs. Property was very filthy when we moved in. We didn't mind at the moment because we needed a place ASAP. We recorded all things damaged, and two yrs later it was still damage. I call a few times at the beginning to get the things fixed but eventually let it go because the customer service (Jessica) was very unprofessional, she never return your calls when she said she would call you back, she never do. She would recommend you speak to her boss (Mr. Freeman) but she wouldn't give out his number and he wouldn't call you back to address your issue either. MR. Freeman is not a man you can trust, as a retire service member, you would think you could trust him, but don't let him foul you. He forget things and don't keep his word. He doesn't take care of the property he is managing for others. This property is being neglected. Ants crawling out of the outlets, roof on the back shed damage and will only get worst if not taking care of, damage patio post, damage sidings, etc...but he does nothing about it, I don't think he reported it to the owner...Garage didn't come with any opener, lights didn't work, the fan didn't work with the remotes provided, (didn't give us all the remotes), but he said it was my responsibility to take care of it. He literally told me "go get a universal garage opener from Home Depot or Lowe's". The AC didn't work on the second floor, so fan was very important. This house was supposed to be a no pet friendly house...we move in and it was clear the previous tenant had a dog (big one) the doors was all scratched up, the rug smells, dog poop in the backyard. We thought the smell would go away after cleaning the rugs, but that didn't happen. The rug was damage so they patched it up, even with a different color in the master bed room closet, but of course Mr. Freedom doesn't recall, he made it seem like I did it, but It was all written down on the initial inspection though. He didn't recall a lot of things although it was written down on the initial inspection. Tell me, how are you doing a walk through to clear the house and you don't bring the original lease with you to go over it with the tenant leaving. I told Mr. Freeman about the machine washer water running and the toilet, the water by the washing machine got a water leak from the wall for two years and nothing was done about it, I eventually had to turn the hot water off because it got so bad. This wasn't good for my water bill. The bottom line, JW Freeman can not be trusted with your property and the personnel working with him is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. read more
