I recall I had paid and extra $20 to expedite them, else I was advised it would be two weeks. After a week wearing them it became evident that my foot doctor had trimmed back the flexible footbed part too much and I prevailed on a *rebuild* offer. I waited almost SIX WEEKS for that rebuild, and during that time my feet were re-injured. It is just CRAZY that a medical device's adjustment could possibly take almost SIX WEEKS. Yeah, it was around the holidays --a little over two weeks till Christmas. Still. Maybe they should hire a few more employees? I'm glad business is good, but if you are THAT FAR BEHIND...... I didn't get them back till January 12th. So, back to my foot doctor I'll go, for another treatment. If you are looking for prompt, this ain't the place.

It was only due to the skill and compassion of Dr. Smith that my toe was saved! He even came in on weekends to meet with me at his office so he could continue to administer care and medications to my toe! The entire bottom half of my right big toe had to be cut away to remove the infection, Dr. Smith was not about to give up, and after several weeks of intensive care having me come in to the office every few days he was able to save my toe! Today you can't even tell that there was ever a problem or so much of the toe had to be removed... I am still in complete amazement of the skill and dedication by Dr. Smith....

This is a real shit show at Coral Desert Foot and Ankle. This so called 'Doctor' looked me in the eyes and lied three times along with giving me false hopes. Be warnned, Coral Desert Foot & Ankle is the worst place to go, they should be put off of business and closed down.
