WORST COMPANY EVER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We decided to switch propane companies because of their incompetence, terrible customer service and nasty women who answer the phones there (the owner is just as bad.) We set up an appointment with our new company to come and change out the tanks and called to let freedom know the date they were coming and said they could pick up the tanks anytime after this date and they decided to come 4 days prior to our tanks being disconnected and left us with no heat or hot water in the end of October. What kind of people do such a thing? When we called freedom to try and get the tanks hooked back up, nasty women told us they read the work order wrong and they came early. Obviously this was a lie and they unhooked the tanks out of spite. The owner did not even have the decency to call us about the matter.
