The nurse failed to call me on Sunday night, canceled on Wednesday, and came and left after 25 minutes stating she didn't have enough information and direction for the doctor and need to leave to put her cat down. She failed to do the assessment and when I requested she look at my lymphedema wound she said to get some silver silicone bandages and left leaving me in a bad place since I had been waiting for a week fortis appointment. The worst thing is she lied to her superiors and told them I refused to cooperate and let her look at my wound to cover her tail. Then they refused further treatment. I call this malpractice, negligent, unprofessional, and improper treatment. She did tell me her mother-in-law is the assistant director was this to intimidate me? No upper management ever attempted to hear my side. I'm willing to take a lie detector test is she? Pitiful health care service.

He told my grandmother that he would put her out on the street. She is close to 90 years old. We have been frustrated the entire time she was here. We had no help from the caseworker until the day they told us to get her and even then it has been the biggest most stressful deal we have delt with medically.
