Yesterday 4 of us visiting from NSW caught the 331 bus at 10.30am for a tour of the city. All I can say is that it was an absolute nightmare.. The driver Rodney, sped around despite the fact that it was raining, leaving his braking to the very last minute and then forced to brake hard which caused the passengers great discomfort and despair. He drove through 3 red lights, and over numerous curbs as he was going too fast to take the corners correctly. He appeared to be in an angry mood when we got on the bus, but by the time we had returned his mood seemed to have improved dramatically. My husband is a retired member of the New South Wales Police Force and considered his driving to be in a manner dangerous to the public given the prevailing weather conditions.
We departed this bus at the end of the run and waited for another Tiger Bus to continue our touring. This trip was a pleasure, the driver was polite and friendly and drove at a pleasant pace and we were able to observe the building as we drove past them. read more
