Speaking with Andy was a huge relief, and a breath of fresh air after my previous, negative experience. It took us about 20 minutes in the morning. A few things to note that are great about this location, they open at 7:30am, online it says to bring your completed form and pictures, but they actually have the forms there and they can take your pictures there. We found out that getting the pictures done there is actually cheaper than getting it done at Walgreens. All you really need is to roll up with your license. Overall, great experience. Will was very nice and informative.

We walked in and were greeted warmly on a Saturday morning. The gentleman who greeted us helped us immediately with our international drivers licenses. The process was seamless. He walked us over the steps for how to send confirmation our our licenses to the company in Japan as we needed them to do the Mario Kart in Tokyo. They are familiar with the company and will tell you exactly how to send the confirmation to them. The value was great and customer service was good.
