She had missed an appointment here in the past unfortunately due to her health and being unable manage their care. I'm a new client trying to give these cats the attention they need. To my surprise, the employee flat-out refused to groom them because the cats were "banned." When I explained the situation, he got loud, dismissive, and completely unreasonable. He emphasized that despite me being a completely new owner, the cats themselves are not allowed back. What??! These are ragdolls that require regular grooming, and it's already difficult to find groomers accepting new clients. To be met with this kind of hostility and zero compassion is heartless. I wouldn't bring my beloved pets (or frankly any animal) to a place that treats them or their people, this way. Read the other reviews- this individual has a history of acting completely irrational and banning customers. I think he should be the one banned from this establishment

On Devin's first visit, we walked with Shadow and a robotic dog. He showed us how to handle Shadow better when walking by other dogs.
