Jenya (and staff) have consistently returned calls/emails and, unlike many businesses, who might "fudge" their way through a topic about which they're not certain, Rose Tax will refer you to other resources who can assist with your specific questions. I appreciate this - would much rather have someone tell me "I don't know for sure, but here is someone who would be a great resource for you" than "I'm pretty sure it's this" or "I THINK it's probably that." The latter is not helpful! I would definitely recommend.

My rep was Tamika and she asked me to give her a day or two, because she thought she could dramatically reduce the amount owed. I got a call back and was told not only would I not owe the IRS a billion dollars, but I would be getting back $400. Back when I used H&R Block I had a new tax preparer every year that seemed clueless and they charged over double for the same service All American provides. I also feel less like number with All American preparing my taxes. Recommend calling either office during busy tax season to check on walk in status. Make sure as with any tax preparation that you bring all of your paperwork to prevent any possible delays. This goes for whomever you have prepare your taxes. This is your personal responsibility to provide all documentation to your tax preparer in order to help provide a timely tax return! I will continue to use All American Tax Service each year to simplify my taxes!

Mixed my account number with my social security number so my state tax never came through…read moreand after countless of times me calling them to see if they had received any notice from the state. After a few months and them passing the blame to the state when I called to ask, I went through my tax return papers to double check their handy work and, there it was! A classic case of a typo which is completely understandable, but what was unacceptable is the fact that they had my check there for a while and not once did it occurred to them to check after all my inquiries.
