This office is extremely unprofessional, they made me wait two years for a crown after calling and…read moretelling them I was in pain . They sent the wrong X rays off to my insurance company the first time , it was for a different tooth . Then once they finally took more X-rays they sent blurry un readable X-rays to my insurance company . Always pointing their finger towards someone else and never taking accountability. I called at least 6 times over the 2 years to find out what was going on as it was causing me issues . When they finally got it sorted out they booked me an appointment 2 more months down the road . I called a professional dentist in Fredericton and not only did they fit me in that week but they found another issue that Gateway never mentioned and was causing my jaw bone to decay . When my new ( professional dental office called ) to get information about my history . They were rude , vague and short with them . This isn't the first incident I had with gateway to hell . I also waited close to two years for them to fix a root canal in the past and in the end they had to send me to an and Endodontist Dentist. I feel they have so many clients that they honestly do not care about their patients. I highly recommend going elsewhere

Well I must say it went very well, Doctor Shannon is very good at what he does. I never experienced anything that the Internet said would happen. This is day two and I feel fine. Went in to have a tooth taken care of... Had root canal as a child. post broke and now needs a…read morepartial plate or permanent tooth. Went in to see Dr M. who was very nice in person and was referred to a periodontist. Total cost for implant from beginning to end between the 2 places would be between $5 and $6000. Or I could opt for a partial at a cost of about $3500. Took it upon my self to go to a denturist and was advised the cost will be less than $1000 for a partial but need to have old tooth removed (Partial tooth still sticking out). Called to make appt and was told Dr M. will not do it, want me to go to a dental surgeon. It is a simple pull out the tooth...... My over all review of this place is, unless it is for a cleaning or to get a new tooth brush, they are useless. They will push you to pay through the teeth, even if the teeth are broken. No pun intended. I feel like, because I did not go with the higher cash flow intake, I was declined. NOT GOOD BUSINESS and people need to do their research before being taken advantage of. Just because it is a recommendation, does not mean you have to take it or leave it. VERY DISATISFIED. Five star is for having nice courteous receptionists.
