on october 16th, i ordered a men's palm angels track jacket that was on sale in the men's clothing category.
i paid us$22 for shipping cost.
about five days later i received a woman's palm angels jacket.
i contacted the company to inform them that they had sent me the wrong jacket.
they refused to accept responsibility for their mistake, and told me that i would have to pay the return shipping cost if i wanted to return it.
they told me that return shipping cost would be 35 euros. (us$38).
i paid us$187 (173 euros) for the track jacket....after they received the returned jacket, they refunded me us$67 (62 euros),
that is a crime !!! unbelievable criminal !!!
this company charged me us$120 (111 euros) for returning an item that was their mistake.
they sent me a woman's jacket instead of the man's jacket that i ordered, then charged me us$120 (111 euros) to return it.

returning an order will cost you more than the amount you actually paid for the item.
