    When I bought my current home, I had Allstate for my homeowners insurance. At the beginning of the…read moreyear my homeowners insurance went up and my mortgage. I called my agent Adrianne Aguilera and she told me it was due to inflation, cost of materials and COVID. She told me I could combine my car insurance with my homeowners insurance to bring down my mortgage payment. So I reluctantly consolidated both homeowners insurance and car insurance with Allstate. With GEICO, I paid $212 for liability insurance every 6 months for years. Ms. Aguilera said I'd save more by signing up for there autopay option, so I did. In March she said my 6 month autopay would be $289.69, with the next payment due in September. So imagine my surprise when her office called yesterday and said my new rate is $315.87 for automatic withdrawal. When I called her and asked her if my car insurance will go up again in 6 months, she said she didn't know. I asked her why did it go up and she gave me the same reason as before; inflation, materials, COVID. I told her that GEICO never went up during COVID and they are an insurance company also that operates in the same country.

All of us live in a civilized world where agents puts forth their best fronts, best sales presentations and best behaviors. Behind the scene however, the truth often is a compromised "promise" and the clients will never know but could only suspect at best. That being said, Chad is the ONLY ONE whom we are 300% certain who worked diligently to EXCEED our needs and went BEYOND the maximum extent to get us the best quote. He very promptly got us an unbelievably fantastic deal that is substantially less than what we paid previously and with more coverage.     I WISH I could give this company Zero stars. I have been doing business at this location for 9…read moreyears, but every since Tiffany Selleck has taken over as an independent contractor- It's horrible. Today , I went in and the lady at the front desk was very nice and congenial to the man before me. As soon as I sat down , she started rolling her eyes and being very blunt and rude . Her entire demeanor changed. I addressed her attitude ( very nicely - I even tried to tell a joke to lighten the mood) and told her that she was very nice to the guy before and asked why she was being rude to me. She stated that the customer before me ( a young, black male, whereas she was a Hispanic female ) was her uncle and that she was laughing and joking with him because ( get this) he was discussing her grandfather being in the hospital, she then acted like she was outraged and about to cry. Lies Lies Lies I heard her discussing the magazine he was reading and the fact that she didn't like popular pop culture ( about Tom Cruise etc.), while she made the very short transaction of processing his payment for 102.00 ( I was that close and saw and heard the entire conversation, which only lasted about 5 minutes). I then asked for a card and waited for the new 'Manager' Tiffany Selleck, I told her that 'customer service is everything' and that she shouldn't let her person act this way with ANYONE who came into her office and told her that I would no longer be coming there. Tiffany stated that she saw the interaction in her mirror ( she was with a customer in her office at the time and could not have heard the entire interaction, if she had she would have seen that her front desk girl was RUDE and outright LYING about the entire situation) I then called the 1 800 334 0900 customer service number, only to have someone try to sell me a cruise then hang up on me when I asked for an actual customer service agent. I had to hunt down the actual number in order to file a complaint. I only wish that I had recorded the ENTIRE, laughable, ridiculous, unfortunate, disrespectful, uncouth, UNPROFESSIONAL situation from beginning to end. I did contact the correct 1800 number ( after coming home and finding it online) to file a complaint. I only hope they review the tapes and see that Everybody - especially Tiffany Selleck , is not fit to run a contract agency. This is only the first review. I am POSITIVE there will be more. My advice - You get what you pay for. I will definitely be going with a more reputable company for my insurance from now on, even if I have to pay more money. Do Not Go Here. To be honest, I'm about to contact the Better Business Bureau, because at this point- I'm not even sure that I have real insurance. Since, I'm a good person, I even tried to tell the front desk lady to have a good day after speaking to her manager, She refused to speak. 1)Customer Service is Everything 2) Without Customers You have nothing 3) I expect and look forward to Tiffany Selleck and her employee from Hades, to be out of business soon. My only regret is that , of course, they have ALL of my personal information. If anything happens. I'm suing the company . Period. My solace , is that the person who answered the customer service line (the real one )was very nice and congenial and did what Tiffany Selleck should have, apologize on behalf of the company.
